You must have heard the news that Shanghai Dolly, the nightclub at Clarke Quay, is closing by the end of this week.

With that, special access to Shanghai Dolly and the Singapore Press Club Connexion, located on the nightclub’s second floor and which provided our members food and drinks at discounted rates, will no longer be available.

The Club has expressed its thanks to owners Dennis Foo and his son Gordon for providing our members special privileges at Shanghai Dolly. Dennis and Gordon are strong supporters of the Club.

Late last year, Skyline, the rooftop club and lounge at Raffles Place, also closed. Its management also had provided Happy Hour rates to our members.
