Ambassador Negroponte is one of the United States’ foremost diplomats. He served as Deputy Secretary of State; the first US Director of National Intelligence; former Ambassador to Honduras, Mexico, the Philippines and Iraq; and US permanent representative to the United Nations. Today, he is Vice-Chairman of McLarty Associates.

He will engage with us on a wide-range of topics, including his assessment of US foreign policy as well as the prospects with regards to relations on the Korean peninsula.
