- Rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing 8% goods and services tax.

- Suite rates offered are limited on daily basic and hotel will offer Best Available Rates if the offer rates are closed.

- All reservations must be made via an official corporate email account.

- 14 September to 17 September 2023 (Singapore Formula One Grand Prix) and 23 to 31 December 2023 (Festive Season) - CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
Please note that all suite reservations could be cancelled 72 hours prior to guest’s arrival
without charge. One night’s suite rate will apply if the cancellation notice is provided less than
72 hours before arrival. In the event of a no-show, one night’s suite rate will be applicable.
A credit card guarantee is required for all reservations. - OCCUPANCY DETAILS/CHILD POLICY
- Maximum occupancy for our suite is either for two adults and two children (aged up to 12 years) or three adults.
- Raffles Hotel Singapore does not provide any rollaway or extra beds. For suites with occupancy of three adults, a suite with two queen-sized beds will be allocated (subject to availability at the point of arrival).
- Children below 12 years may stay at no extra charge in their parents’ room sharing existing
bedding (excluding meals).
- A complimentary cot will be extended for children below 2 years (subject to availability).
- Guests are requested to provide preferences on smoking/non-smoking suites, bed type, an
estimated time of arrival and flight details. Every effort will be made to accommodate each
