Portman’s Bar is named after John Portman, the world- class Architect who first designed the iconic building that now houses the Hotel, recognising the timeless, cathedral-like atrium that provides the bar environment and welcoming space.

During the day, Portman’s Bar serves up garden-inspired afternoon tea in a picnic basket, gourmet coffee and delectable bites. In the evening, it transforms into a whisky and cocktail bar, with over 90 varieties of international whiskies, top-shelf spirits, while resident Mixologists spin handcraft cocktails and mocktails that embrace the farm-to-bar concept, using specific fresh herbs and edible flowers, drawing inspiration from the flavours and paying tribute to the beauty of nature.
