Acclaimed Chef Milind Sovani gave Singapore Press Club members a Deepavali Feast delivery to enjoy at home and to remember. Chef Milind Sovani, who has cooked for Indian Prime Ministers Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi and Bollywood A-listers like Amitabh Bachchan, is known for his creativity and is constantly reinventing Indian cuisine for the modern palate! In this video, Chef Milind was on an online chat session with Singapore Press Club members to share about his curated menu, how best to enjoy it and explained about his food concepts and menu ideas.
