Notice is hereby given that the 48th Annual General Meeting of the Singapore Press Club will be held on Tuesday, 23 April 2019, at 6.30pm in Room T2.2 at SPH News Centre, 1000 Toa Payoh North, Singapore 318994.

AGENDA
1. To confirm minutes of the 47th Annual General Meeting held on 12 April 2018 and matters arising
2. To receive and approve the Annual Report for 2018
3. To receive and, if approved, adopt the Annual Statement of Accounts for the year 2018
4. To review and approve the Club’s strategic plans following the strategy review and survey undertaken by the Management Committee
5 To appoint an Honorary Legal Adviser and an Auditor
6. To elect the office-bearers for the years 2019-2021
