Irene Hoe, one of the attendees comments below:
The tour was super absorbing. They seated us in 3 groups, each with a fairly senior guy telling us what they do, and then answering questions. Then after about 15 minutes, we’d switch.
Then we visited places like the Yes 933 radio studio and the “hospital ward”.
This was a permanent TV set of rooms with real hospital beds, equipment and paraphernalia.
I found it fascinating.
Truly a luvly peep into the Mediacorp world.
The tour after the Ask me Anything session brought us to different places in Mediacorp - Radio station (some went to 933FM and others to 987FM) and a "Hospital Ward" setting.
From the students and Press Club members who attended, all gave the visit and experience a thumbs up. Thanks to the Mediacorp Corporate Communications team for being so detailed in their planning. "Where next?" they asked.
