Free your mind - and art will follow... In conjunction with Art SG, Singapore Press Club members spent 3 hours on 21 January learning how to tap into their inner artist by releasing mental blocks, awakening their creative intuition and simply letting go. Jeff Ho, an artist, trained architect, and creator of energy art, opened members' eyes to the world of freemind drawing which doesn't require any artistic skills or training.
Anyone interested to explore this talk and workshop at Freemind Creative Energy Art Gallery & Studio can contact Jeff Ho at 96278686.

"It was an enlightening two hours spent getting insights into how unconsciously conditioned we are in our thoughts & how this is revealed in our free hand drawings. I gained valuable insights just from my squiggles. And how difficult it is for us to take on something as simple as drawing squiggles on paper in a mindful way, letting go of all preconceived notions & just letting ourselves be."
Participant and member Manjit Kour.

Squiggles and drawings are not from these two participants.

"Thank you Singapore Press Club for arranging a session with artist, Jeff Ho - it was truly transformative and taught me a lot about myself. Using open-line drawing techniques, Jeff guided us how to get into a meditative state, encouraging creativity and helping us rewire our thinking. His approach freed our minds, sparking imagination and fostering clarity.
Surrounded by previous students wonderful paintings - the studio’s inspiring atmosphere and Jeff’s insightful guidance made it more than just an art session—it was a deeply therapeutic experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking creativity and mindfulness combined!", Melanie Ralph, Participant and Member.
