Diplomats Challenge (2nd game), Aug 4, Seletar CC, Noon tee-off

Dear Golf League Members,

Following the great fun we had at the recent Singapore Press Club-CIMB Golf Classic 2016, we’d like the merriment to continue.

To keep the momentum going, our next golf event will be the Diplomats Challenge on Thursday, August 4 at Seletar Country Club, teeing off at around noon.

This will be the second game of the year’s Diplomats Challenge. At the first game, our team won the match play with an resounding result of 3-0.

We’d like as many of our members to sign up, regardless your handicap. As before, our captain Patrick Daniel will select the team to play against the diplomats whilst the rest of us will compete in the Golf League and strive to move up our leaderboard, which has just been refreshed at our annual tournament.

We have negotiated a discounted fee at $121 + GST per golfer, with members of SCC paying the buggy fee only. The friendly diplomats will pick up the tab for prizes and a simple post-game early dinner.

Please sign up with the secretariat at secretariat@pressclub.org.sg by July 28.

We look forward to another great day on the greens. And signing off as usual — Golf is a game of the mind, so stay calm and golf on.

Best,
Jacqueline Wu
