Notice is hereby given that the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Singapore Press Club will be held on Thursday,12 April 2018, at 6.30pm in Room T2.2 at SPH News Centre, 1000 Toa Payoh North, Singapore 318994.

AGENDA
1. To confirm the minutes of the 46th Annual General Meeting held on 30 March 2017 and matters arising
2. To receive and approve the Annual Report for 2017
3. To receive and, if approved, adopt the Annual Statement of Accounts for the year 2017
4. To approve the investment plan for Club funds
5. To appoint an Honorary Legal Adviser and an Auditor
6. Any Other Business
