We have for our next Young Media Professionals Chapter speaker – a long-time Washington observer to speak with us on President Barack Obama’s
new term in office. As a young reporter working to pay his way through college, Mike Mosettig covered the Cuban Missile Crisis and Kennedy assassination. His career has literally taken him from typewriters to Twitter (which he is also happy to talk about, if you ask him!).

He still blogs regularly at www.pbs.org/newshour/rundown/author/michael-d-mosettig/ and is currently on a tour of Asia to share his insights and exchange views with fellow journalists and newsmakers.

This is a free lunchtime talk for Press Club members and guests are welcome at $15 per head.
